The building blends organically into Mežaparks’ new development — set back from the street, with balanced, precise architecture and façade materials that are both durable and beautiful. The tile mosaic that covers the exterior is not just a visual feature — it’s a deliberate choice, honouring longevity, texture, and a thoughtful approach to construction.

Five floors, each with its own sense of space. Ceiling height — 2.8 metres from the first to the fourth floor, and 3 metres on the fifth — lets air and light define the feeling. Apartments with 2, 3, 4 or 5 rooms offer more than just functional layouts; they provide a natural connection to the outdoors — each has a balcony, while the first and fifth floors offer the option of a private terrace.
